Three Pieces of Advice For Entrepreneurs

Firstly, at different stages in your business, you’ll still be a bit blind to situations in your business. I recommend that you get accustomed to your own weaknesses and your business’ weaknesses; do not treat it as a ‘precious baby’. That way, you can identify the problems and fix them as quickly as possible.

Secondly, marketing can make up 75% of a business – it’s how people know about you, how they get excited and how you’re able to see your overall position in the market. Therefore, you need to market yourself effectively and strategically. Optimize your marketing as much as possible.

Lastly, failure is good for you – it keeps us humble and curious. If you’re humble, you won’t be cocky, you won’t overextend yourself and you won’t alienate yourself from your employees or your clients. If you’re curious, you’ll always be looking for new solutions to problems; it encourages innovation.
